Howdy!
I'm Johan Faulstich: professional illustrator, part-time cowboy, passionate outdoorsman.
Before finding my niche as a freelance artist and indie game developer, I graduated twice from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), where I received my first degree in Animation and subsequent degree in Equestrian Studies. While at SCAD I rode on the college's nationally recognized Intercollegiate Equestrian Team, and later worked as the Equestrian department's first Peer Tutor.
When I'm not sitting behind a desk designing characters, creating visual novels, or playing D&D, I thrive in the great outdoors. I enjoy camping, hiking, horseback riding (of course!), kayaking, mountain climbing, and much more.
I am also a certified California Naturalist.
